Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received on or before October 31, 2025, are eligible for a full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after October 31, 2025. All refund requests must be submitted in writing by the original registrant and will be processed to the original form of payment. Refunds will not be issued for no-shows or for participants who fail to complete the event.
