We are thrilled to announce our Pain Management: Changes & Challenges Conference! This is
Stateline Nurses Network/Pain Resource Committee’s first annual Education/Celebration Day, and
the 21st annual Education/Celebration Day provided by our group of Pain Resource Nurses and the
Northern Illinois Pain Resource Nurse Consortium.We had a great 21st Annual Education/Celebration Day entitled Pain Management: Changes & Challenges Conference! This was Stateline Nurses Network/Pain Resource Committee’s first annual Education/Celebration Day, and
the 21st annual Education/Celebration Day provided by our group of Pain Resource Nurses and the Northern Illinois Pain Resource Nurse Consortium.SPEAKERS
We were honored to have three great speakers at this year’s conference.
- Megan Filoramo, APRN,-C, IHWNC-BC, will provide three presentations – one on Cannabis Therapeutics, one on
Neuromodulation and Neuropathy, and an uplifting presentation at the end of the day “Reclaiming
Your Happiness at Work: Thriving as a Nurse in 2025”- Lisa Stear, LCSW, will discuss treating pain with EMDR
- Laura Meyer-Junco, PharmD, BCPS, CPE, FASCP will discuss management of opioid-induced bowel dysfunction.
